The product was unusable. When trying to use, the software was flagged for malicious malware/viruses. The product has not been used. 

I have to speak highly of this DDS500 scanner, it is the best scanner I have ever used. I have 3 Shape scanner, Sirona scanner, shining scanner. But the DDS500, the most advanced scanner, is very convenient to use. It connects directly to the computer via USB and no longer requires any power cord. The scanning speed is also very fast. The software has very rich functions and is particularly suitable for use in clinics. You can directly contact the lab in the cloud, which is very convenient, but I still need to learn. The shipping time only took 5 days, which was very efficient. Highly recommend this Dynamic scanner.
